It's a great workout. It's intense. It's non stop. I loved it. Doing it with my son. He had a blast as well. We give it a 10 over all experience

I went to CKO in Butler they offer a free class to see if you like it. I went. home signed up for 5 classes. It is the most intense work out I have ever had. I had 2 different instructors they each gave a totally different class what a worko
