The staff was great and very focused on making sure my experience was what I wanted. I had a mani/pedi package but was in a time crunch. They were happy to do them at the same time, making sure that if I wasn't comfortable or relaxed they could do the manicure after. Great service, clean facilities and equipment, and very personable. My nails look great too! I'll be back.

The best facial spa!!

Since an appointment was required, I would call in later in the week (Thurs/Fri) to try and schedule an appointment for the weekend and I would be told they were all booked and to try again another time. So then I would call in earlier in the week (Mon/Tues) to try and schedule and appointment for the weekend and I would be told that I'm calling too early and to try calling later in the week. Took me several months to actually book the appointment and when we showed up, they took about an hour to get to us because they had accidentally scheduled us for the day before and wouldn't fit us in at the time originally scheduled. The service itself was decent, but nothing outstanding.

The staff was super friendly, the parking and location was not. I asked for a design was told to show them what I wanted they said sure, that they just wanted me to be happy, I always have a design on my toes, and was willing to pay the extra to get one, and they never did it, I asked and asked, I am not a forceful for person so after they said they would and i asked twice i just gave up. So that was super disappointing. my nails look alright, will go into another salon to get a design, decent massage but short. I won't go there again.
