About Argosy Cruises

Originally founded as a water-taxi service, Argosy Cruises has set sail around the Puget Sound for more than 60 years. Docked at the historic downtown waterfront, Argosy operates a fleet of ships that can seat up to 600 for a multitude of special events, along with live narrated tours. On the St. Patrick's murder-mystery cruise, just one of many special events, patrons solve the mystery of an untimely death just like an Irish detective does—over a traditional meal of corned beef, colcannon mashed potatoes, and Irish stew. For a taste of Native American culture, the Tillicum Village cruise—replete with a full buffet and live performances showcasing the beliefs of the Coast Salish—shepherds audiences on a narrated trip to the historically rich Blake Island.

The guide was knowledgeable and fun, the cruise stayed in Elliot Bay and went down to the area where shipping containers are loaded/taken off of barges. I would have rathered to go over to West Seattle but otherwise it was a good cruise. Recommend for tourists who want to see Seattle from the bay.

It was a great! Our cruise was a little bit windy depending on the direction the vessel was traveling in. It was about 60 and the sun was out. The sun was great and helped bring some heat. Bring a jacket and blanket for kiddos if you want to opt and stay on the top deck. We toughed it out and it was worth it! Our tour guide Erin was GREAT! We appreciated doing the 245 cruise cause it wasn’t packed
