My session was great! The session involved a 40 minutes foot massage and 20 minute hand massage, where she was able to re-align my wrists and elbows. She was able to point out trouble areas in my body through my foot pain and directed me to stretches and exercises to help improve my alignment until my next session. Definitely recommended!
