A little challenging to reserve online an available time at first. But once there, very friendly fast service. Managed to get started a little early even. You do need to pay sales tax at pick up. They take Apple Pay which is a bonus

Rental process was quick and easy. Be aware that these are inflatable boards so less stable than some others.
