Absolutely incredible. I just finished my first ever yoga class and I’m hooked. The instructor was brilliant, patient, and calming. Highly recommend to anyone who has never done yoga before!!

Good experience. Knowledgeable and patient teacher. My and my husband’s first time at hot yoga was challenging to endure the heat but we felt like the class moved at a pace that we could keep up and the instructor helped us get into the correct positions. Excited to go back!

The power yoga class was amazing. The instructors cater to all levels. Wendy was excellent, she’s the power yoga instructor on Tuesday later afternoons.
