Was pretty upset that the usual lady was not there, I made my appointment for 2, she sits me down, washes my hair, sits me back down to brush my hair, but before she even brushes my hair she tells me to give her 5 mins to finish a ladies hair, 5 minutes is no problem but 5 mins turned to 45 mins and I was sitting there with wet, uncombed hair. I had plans, it was my birthday ,and they made me late

Me dañaron el cabello, no era los highlight que había pedido,, mi cabello era virgen y para taparme el color del highlight que me habían puesto tuvieron que tocarme la base, los highlight me quedaron amarillo naranja, mi experiencia fue terrible, aparte que me querían cobrar más dinero por el matizado que tuvieron q usar para poder tapar el color que me habían puesto
