The Florida Anime Experience gathers fans of every aspect of Japanese pop culture to celebrate it in just about any way they can dream up. In addition to the panels and workshops that have long defined conventions, the event includes an artist's alley, dealer's room, Japanese video-game room, and cosplay contests. Featured guests include anime and manga artists, cosplayers, and, perhaps most importantly, voices actors from fans' favorite series. The enormous convention space can be found just down the street from the Walt Disney World Resort, where guests can head should they desire the company of American cartoon characters in addition to Japanese ones.
