Los Zarapes Restaurant serves three square meals a day while celebrating the flavors of Latin America. During breakfast hours, scrambled eggs, chorizo, and refried beans are piled atop tortillas. Later in the day, the tortillas transform into burritos and quesadillas stuffed with beef, pork, cheese, and pico de gallo. Chefs also stuff chicken inside enchiladas, simmer shrimp in a garlic sauce, and whip up plenty of the popular Salvadorian pupusas—corn tortillas filled with cheese, meat, or beans. Over by the bar, domestic and imported beers quench patrons’ thirst.
