I was led to believe that this was a refutable place of business, but they asked for more money and when I agreed, I came back a week later for my appointment, at which time I found that no one was there, the doors were locked. I waited 45 mins for my appointment and no one ever showed. I was called back after an hour after with a shabby excuse and no apology. When I asked for a refund, the secretary became hostile and said the owner would call me back for a refund. They have since never returned my calls and never gave me a refund or an apology.
