Classic Mediterranean dishes are re-imagined as sandwiches at Aladdin Grill. For instance, chefs take moussaka, traditionally made up of layers of eggplant and minced meat, and turn it into meatballs wrapped with grilled eggplant. They then slather on marinara sauce and sprinkle on provolone cheese and put the concoction on a toasted hoagie. They also fill toasted pita bread with steak shawarma and gyro meat before adding housemade sauces that include garlic mayo and tahini. The chefs whip up traditional Italian dishes, too, including chicken parmesan and fettuccine alfredo served with breadsticks.
