The teachers were great for both the personal and the group classes. They were a little pushy on trying to get us to join as members, but that's how they make their money, so it makes sense.

Very nice facility and the people were very friendly. Ultimately like others have said your 2 individual 30 min sessions are combined into one 30 min class. At the end they will hold you there for 20 min and try to sell you a $500 membership.

The group classes are only offered twice per week, so if you work second shift, you will not be able to attend.
