He founded Performance Medicine to maintain and recapture patients' youthful vigor, encouraging his clients to follow weight-management programs and nutrition and fitness guidelines. For hormone-replacement therapy, Dr. Rogers and his medical staff use tiny, slow-release pellets as their preferred delivery method. Unlike creams and patches, the tiny pellets provide clients with consistent, energy-boosting hormone levels.
