About Ski Scuba Center

Ski Scuba Center is an aquatic activity hub where undersea sojourners purchase gear and learn to reach new oceanic depths. With more than 50 years of diving experience among them, instructors prepare flippered feet to scuba, swim, and lifeguard, edifying water-goers and offering certification during private and group classes. The Center also sends its snorkel constituents to Florida and the Caribbean on scuba trips and presents a number of tips on equipment-servicing treatments, such as filling tanks with air and feeding sugar cubes to well-behaved goggles.

This is my 2nd time taking the Intro to Scuba class with the Ski Scuba Center. It was the first time for my wife, and I took my 18 year-old son back in Feb of this year. He loved it. Jimmie (the owner) and Joseph did an excellent job of answering all my questions and teaching my wife and I the basics of scuba diving. Both of them are down to earth and highly knowledgeable. My wife and I enjoyed the time in the diving well and it has ignited a spark that makes us want to get certified and incorporate scuba diving into our vacations. We highly recommend this class for ANYONE (regardless of age or physical condition) to see how much fun scuba can be. An added bonus is that it is also meditative once you get comfortable with your equipment and being underwater.

I took my great nephew and a friend of his. They are ages 11-12 years old. They had a wonderful time there. They kept saying that they would love to do something like this on a regular occasion. It was an incredible adventure!!

Great experience. Allowed my kids and wife to get a feel for diving. The instructor was great and very thorough but still made it fun and interesting. They got a TON of pool time.

Everything was very well organized, educational and the instructors were extremely friendly, personable and hands-on. My six kids from ages 8 to 19 were all engaged and got personal attention and came out with big smiles. Highly recommend!
