They have fountains but for the sake of convenience, bring a large bottle of water. You will get the workout you're looking for.

It will kick your but if you are not in shape. The good thing is you will be in shape pretty fast.

Really great workout! Staff is so personable & helpful, was nervous at first because I have no experience with boxing or kick boxing but it was really easy & everything was explained thoroughly.
