Renee is amazing! These workouts target all major muscle groups, but you can adjust the difficulty according to your capacity. Amazing, clean facility and great instruction.

Awesome workout! Angie was really great. She introduced me to the equipment and I felt comfortable to ask questions. It was a beginning class however was a full hour of whole body burn in a good way. Definitely needed it!
