I don't usually like getting my hair done, Kendra put me at ease, she listened to my requests and made some great suggestions, overall it was a great experience.

Had Katie for highlights and Kendra for the trim. Both were very sweet and did a fabulous job. They were quick but I never felt rushed. Unfortunately, the downtown location is pretty inconvenient for me, but I would consider returning despite the location.

They are very accommodating and did a wonderful job with my hair. I got exactly what i asked for and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Kitty and Kendra were awesome. Thanks girls!

I understand that it's neuvo...but it was just too loud for me. Don't like that kind of music, but they played it low. Sound bounces off the walls/floors of people talking, laughing. Not relaxing

Great staff and good location for people wanting something downtown.

Kendra was great! Great haircut and super friendly, will return if I don't find an affordable salon closer to home.

Highly recommend this salon, and especially if you have a more complicated cut. You get what you pay for!!!
