The front office staff were so lovely and the whole inside of the building was very cozy as I was there during the holidays. It was lovely to see the front office staff interact with the regulars; you can tell they have cultivated such an inviting space as everyone was very comfortable with each other. The laser tech was so sweet and made the whole process as comfortable as could be.

It was by far one of the best IPL experiences I have had. Kimberly took exceptionally good care of me, from arrival time to making certain I had enough numbing cream to looking at my skin, listening to my concerns and working with me. She communicated with me during the procedure to ensure I was happy and managing okay. She is a warm and personable and I will be back!
