Really awesome studio. Small class sizes allow for adjustments from the instructors. Great instructors too!

Vanessa is an awesome instructor! I loved everyone I took a class with but I think her teaching style most suited me. Definitely be careful of going too many days in a row...the soreness really sneaks up on you the second day.
