My technician was informative and helpful..

First treatment went well. Jackie did my first laser treatment. She is very, sweet, knowledgable, empathetic, understanding, and makes sure you're comfortable with everything. ( she explains everything thoroughly and I was immediately comfortable with her) she was straight up with me and said that I probably wouldn't see results until my third treatment. Very good service so far.

My visit was for Pixel and Heather did the procedure. She was really cool and I seriously couldn't have had a better experience. She was super friendly, informative and professional. The procedure didn't hurt me at all, afterward the heat kicked in and that was the hardest part so far. I'm on my 4th day and am excited to see the results.

the PA who took care of me was very good, professional and answered my questions. So far I'm pleased with the service but it will take awhile to see how well it worked.

They were running late and my appointment didn't happen until almost an hour late but the care and attention I received once in for the procedure was good.
