My stylist Mimi was attentive, very courteous and totally immersed in giving me the perfect haircut which came out wonderfully (trimmed about 2 to 3 inches of my long hair) . The deep hair conditioning after shampoo was the best. The hot towel really was soothing, enhanced the deep hair conditioning process, and so relaxing. Thanks so much Mimi.
