Technician could pay more attention to the client in front of them rather than socializing with everyone else.

I had a new technician. I used to be a nail tech and I noticed things that she did incorrectly. I understand what it is like to be new, but I feel like sticking someone with the new girl is not a good way to drum up business. I also had to re-polish my finger nails because she totally missed the sides.

The girl that I had did not talk at all, and the other lady talked to much it drive me crazy, but what made it even worse is when she cursed.
