This is a perfect class for beginners. Judi the instructor took time to explain what to do and help with the setting up the machines. Highly recommend for anyone that is wanting to try out Pilates.

Loved the RSM location with Donna. Very clean, with all the amenities and tools needed to make a great, different work out every time you go. Decorated in a serene manner too, for a great mind and body experience..... thank you Pure Pilates!!
