I just had my first Ramp Up class with David M. It was really nice. David took time to explain what CrossFit was, how it works, and also made sure to show us how to correctly perform all the exercises before we did our first workout. I will definitely be back. It's tough, but I really enjoyed it.

Just finished my first class. Really welcoming vibe. I met three different coaches, as well as a few members who came up to introduce themselves. I love that this box does a personalized on-ramp program! I was able to talk through my concerns/strengths/weaknesses/goals and receive feedback on ways to modify exercises and improve my weaknesses. Allison was awesome! Can't wait to go back!

Did my 1st on ramp w Travis today. He was great! I'm overweight and out of shape (for now) but he never made me feel uncomfortable. He was positive and encouraging. He was also attentive. The people working out at open gym asked how I felt after, making me feel very welcomed. I look forward to the next workout!
