Beautiful studio, very relaxing atmosphere, super friendly staff and knowledgeable instructor! Class was challenging but energizing and flowed well and the instructor was great at leading the breath work as well as a great guided meditation at the end! Loved it!!!

Bynay by far is one of the best instructors in Laguna! She helps you when you need it and is funny too! Very clean studio as well. Can't wait for my next class❤
