About First Wholistic

Welcome to First Wholistic! As a Reiki practitioner, Nutritional Therapist, Wellness Coach and Yoga Instructor anything to do with bettering ones self excites me! It all started when I became a Nutritional Therapist; and over time I evolved into a woman on a mission to help others.

My goal is to use different modalities within health and wellness such as Reiki, Nutrition, and essential oils to help my clients move closer to their goals. Being a part of my client's wellness journey has been one of the greatest honors of my career. I am excited to connect with all of my clients and look forward to seeing the growth in all of you!
