Class is teacher led. Some assistance was given by instructor. Very few adjustments were made.

I have taken 3 classes; all have been with the same teacher who was great. Will have a different instructor next time; hope she is as good. Take private Pilates lessons BEFORE you join a class; they move pretty quickly, so it is good to be familiar with the equipment and the moves.

I've taken Spin classes from Leslie before and she was always great. She is just the same with Pilates. Loved the class.
