Hypnotherapy did not work for me. Still having weight and eating problems. Discussed exercise a lot. I can get the food info that she discussed by listening to Dr Oz for free. At the first session she got me to sign up for 6 addition sessions at $175 each. Very overpriced. Would have been worth every penny if it worked.
