Evelyn was wonderful, but only go if you're on your own. A Spa Affair is a tiny place, and when I was there, one of the 2 chairs for pedicures was broken, so if you went with a friend, you had to sit separately (in different rooms!). This happened to a lady while I was there, who had booked a day with her friend. In addition, the whole building is kind of tacked together--sharp metal flashing covers the bottom half of the walls in the back room, the window is boarded up to provide a place for the A/C (and probably to be darker), but it isn't "quaint" or "charming" so much as just thrown together. I might go back to Evelyn some time, but I wouldn't go for the ambiance.
