What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?Our state-of-the-art training center is unlike any other in the area. Our fitness boot camp memberships are assisted by nutrition, goal-setting, and unbridled staff attention. We also offer personal training, Pilates, TRX training, sports massage, and so much more.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?While our current clients transformations are enough to get others motivated, the staff does one-on-one focus- helping them set and achieve their goals.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?Seeing and experiencing other people change their lives is inspiring. Helping others do that is rewarding. You can't put a price on your own health.

What do you love most about your job?Noticing results and hearing positive feedback. The interaction with others and finding camaraderie in group fitness.
