It is a great personalized workout regiment. From the first day you go in the staff takes you and makes you feel as if you were a part of the team. While at the middle of the session, they'll make you know what a real workout is. Their boot camp is exactly that, I should know I was in the military for 6 years and did two tours overseas.

Great facility! Classes aren’t beginner friendly. Should have some moderate options to build up to the more advanced classes. some of the instructors aren’t as engaged as others
