Jeanie did a wonderful job on my first treatment. A professional, she did not waste any time in performing the treatment, but she was very friendly and personable and we chatted throughout the procedure. By her behavior, she made it clear that a tip was not expected - a pleasant surprise! I am looking forward to the rest of my treatments.

Yes - be honest. What really went on. If you can't stand by IPL service and you said it doesn't really work, why are you offering that service at all.
