I think a group of ten is too many for one person to handle. Plus in a larger group you have so many different taste. Maybe divide the group by gender or red/white wine.

Tasting consisted of only one wine (albeit a good one!). It would have been fun to try a couple different ones. The cheese plate was yummy.
