I requested my omelet lightly done, and it came back like tire rubber. They did it again, and it came back as soup. The manager on Monday was surly, and I think the staff is embarrassed by the whole thing. The brisket was barely edible, actually part-raw. The gravy on the side was simply indescribable. I have idea why they bill themselves The GOURMET Deli House-- it doesn't compare with Two Jays here, which is a top-line small chain deli. I don't want to go back.
