Wayne Akers Ford is the best!!!!! I highly recommend them, I have a Honda but I do ALL my oil changes with them, they follow their word & provide great service.

Called and told a 59 minute When I got there, he said they were backed up and 1 1/2 yrs. I asked about 59 min - said only when they weren't busy. The tech was rude and slammer the door behind cashier. I was charged $4.25. Why ???

Awful service! They said it would take 2 hrs and that they would call me when it was done, they never called me and they were very rude when I called them asking if my vehicle was done. Never coming back! Sticking with jiffy lube.
