I bought 2 massages w/hot stone treatment. Each ended w/o the hot stones. When I reminded the staff, the staff from the 1st massage was clearly flustered and quickly added the hot stones for maybe 10 mins. The staff from the 2nd massage said I already got an hr massage, so maybe next time. I reminded them that it was supposed to be included in what I paid for, and she rushed to add it at the end.

I had the worst experience ever here.I had been to other massage places and never have I ever been tortured like this. Kelly was very rough during her massage and it came to a point where she started hurting me and my neck was so sore.I even told her thrice to be little gentle with her massage but she would not understand as all the workers working there are Chinese and none of them speaks English
