The energy in the studio coupled with an enthusiastic and articulate staff made for a five-star experience. My instructor Lori wasted no time in making me feel right at home. Her spot-on cuing and aim toward individualization during the practice definitely prompted me to schedule right away for next week's session.

Be prepared for a long class- bring water- if not they have for sale $1. Very nice folks who own the place- very relaxing atmosphere. Take the Gentle Yoga if you have never practiced before. Eat a piece of fruit and drink water before you go- no full meals.
