At both locations, house-smoked meats are delivered to tables in a variety of forms, including hearty sandwiches, huge family-style packages, and all-you-can-eat buffets. Of course, you can always just go for a full entree of ribs, pulled pork, house-smoked brisket, or pulled chicken if the meat is all you're after.
