It was a great experience! I had never had a massage or facial before. Tigli set the standard for me, and I can't wait to go back!

Comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Very clean. Nice staff. Only thing I will say they could improve upon is having more staff up front. I had to wait quite some time to get checked in and checked out. Obviously it doesn't make the customer happy to wait a long time, but as a new customer I was confused if I was even in the right spot. Also, a customer that is not so honest could have just walked out without paying.

I liked the ambiance and the décor, I do not shop but someone who does will enjoy the uniqueness here. My massage therapist (Don) was excellent, and I have had a lot of massage. I regret that I cannot recall the name of the esthetician, but she was obviously trained and enjoys her job. I will go back again.

The appointment had to be scheduled out several weeks and my first appointment was cancelled due to losing a masseuse but when I finally went it was a wonderful experience. I am going for another massage this week.

This was my 4th visit to Tigli Spa and my least satisfying. However, because of the experience in my past visits and the knowledge that some of the staff that had left has returned, I will return.

Excellent facial and massage. I enjoyed the ambience and even purchased a facial product that was used during the spa treatment.
