To make a YO! Blast—one of Let's Yo! Yogurt's newer creations—customers fill their cups about 2/3 full of frozen yogurt—choosing any combination of flavors—then add toppings. Next, a staff member "blasts" it to create a sweet treat that's a bit chunkier than a smoothie and smoother than crushing s'mores with a fork. This is just one of the dessert offerings at Let's Yo! Yogurt, where guests choose from 70 frozen-yogurt flavors and 100 toppings to create their own signature treat. If the relative healthfulness of yogurt compared to ice cream isn't enough, non- and lowfat flavors, as well as no-sugar-added and gluten-free varieties, give customers health-conscious options. The list of toppings includes fruit, candy, and 16 different cereals. As customers spoon up their snacks in the bright-green mod space, they can borrow in-house iPads to play games or check their email.
