Sam at the desk was great! The sauna was amazing. The atmosphere was spa like and very relaxing. Loved every minute of it!

The staff was very friendly and explained the process for the salt float tank very well. The place was clean and kept up with. I would definitely recommend Optimal Wellness Center!

Fantastic!I just laid in that water like I was Aquaman! Meditated and thought about things I never think about. Real nice. The shower was right there to get the salt off with some kind of peppermint soap. Invigorating! The girls were really nice(and pretty) I recommend
