Jordan knew exactly what she was doing and got it done on a timely manner. It was the best, by far, grey coverage color I have ever had!!!

Yes Jordan did a fantastic job cutting my hair. I have naturally curly hair and it's hard to find someone that can cut it just right.

I was one of the people affected by the water heater going out at Jordan's salon. I didn't check my messages, left work 45 minutes early, then found out that I couldn't get my hair done. Jordan was very dedicated to making it right for me even though it really wasn't her fault that something in her shop broke. We did play phone tag a lot, but that is what happens when two working professionals try to set something up. I am very pleased with her quality of work, professional attitude, and customer service skills. I am looking forward to going back and getting another excellent haircut. On a side note, this was the second time in my life I have had my haircut by a stylist. I was so nervous!
