Catrina Hull has not only been gifted with an artist's touch—nail polish being her medium—but fate has also bestowed her with the gift of gab. Within Salon West, the personable technician treats acrylic and natural nails to Shellac, glitter, and other polishes as she cheerfully chats up her clients, learning about their lives and, hopefully, making a new friend in the process. Though she's ever-friendly, Catrina is more than happy to soothe skin with paraffin and callus treatments while her clients talk on the phone or listen to their iPods. She also packs up her paints and brings her nail services to senior citizens, busy businesswomen, and other clients in their homes, offices, and blanket forts.
