Don't be fooled by the outside, inside is a great facility. Really great experience. Very accommodating.

I wasn't so sure about the place at first, as making my appointment was a little rough, I had to ask how to prepare myself and when I arrived no one offered me much information, but once I initiated conversation and started asking questions I was eased by my aestheticians knowledge and friendliness. Best advice is to ask questions and get to know who's working on you! Also, shave the day before your appointment.

They could have communicated a little better about the process and that I was supposed to shave before getting my bikini line lasered. I heard everything about the process from my friends instead.
