Purchased the anti-aging facial which was so much more than a normal facial! Wonderful massage of arms and hands was also included. Whole experience very relaxing!

We always have a great experience at Body and Sole. Holly and Twyla are amazing reflexologists and Megan does a wonderful facial. Loved every minute!

My experience at Body & Sole was excellent! I had the microdermabrasion treatment but I look forward to going back for a massage and/or to try reflexology.
