I had a color cut and conditioning treatment. The "stylist" didn't even position my chair for me to See at mirror. That was first sign that it was not to Be a good experience. Only wanted a couple lowlights. Instead being a blonde I walked out with brownish Color hair. Only requested a trim. Hair was Cut in air instead of across the back. Will never go back!
