Kelly swore a lot and didn't seem to have an understanding of which types of behaviors would be deemed appropriate when meeting a stranger. It may be a generational thing. Her skills as a hairdresser seem basic. She needed to use a toner since she lifted my highlights too much. My hair seems dry and damaged right now.
