About Heart and Soul Massage Therapy

For the past five years, Tamara Thomas has been soothing shoulders and unknotting muscles during her relaxing massages. Believing that massage is a necessity, not a luxury, she glides hands over backs during tension-relieving Swedish massages or works to alleviate pain during targeted deep-tissue massages. She adds pampering treatments to the massages to further relax guests, such as dipping hands in warm paraffin, or placing warm stones on specific bodily areas.
