My barre/pilates class with Saige was amazing! She is an excellent instructor and was so nice. In addition, I just love the atmosphere at the Eau!

Simply the best!

I made a reservation this morning for my first class, giving my name, phone and em info. When I arrived for the 1p. session, there was no one around and a placard on the desk saying the class was canceled, "Sorry for the inconvenience". When I later spoke to someone, I found out that the class had been scrubbed only 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start, and they claim to have tried to call me. No call was received. I did eventually get an email, but not until I'd already showered, dressed, driven to the place, parked, and ultimately was dismissed. They tried to convince me this never happens, but I wonder.... An offer of the use of the (empty) gym for an hour instead would have been an ok compromise. I am less than pleased.
