I was happy with the style, color and cut but to advertise that this was a $100 value for $45 was very deceptive. No one would pay $100 for these services at this salon. I don't know if the owner advertised a "$100" value because she expected to be tipped on $100 but what I paid was probably the most you would expect to pay at this salon.
